Bookmarks are just like the ones you put into your favorite book.In the case of the web they are used to mark a site that you want to return back to a later time.The Netscape browser lets you bookmark any site and save the bookmarks in a file you can recall at any time .Microsoft Internet Explorer uses the term ‘’favorite’’ instead of bookmark for the same concept.A shortcut back to a favorite Web page.When you find a Web page that you like,you can add it to your list of bookmarks,from your menu bar,the next anytime you want to return to that page ,just select this page from your list of bookmarks.
